Booking Policy

  • Pick up orders 

    • Service for 50 or less - 1 week
    • Service for 50 and above - 2 weeks
  • Event Drop off(Does not include chaffing dishes/rack or chaffing fuel)

    • Delivery Fee will apply - 2 weeks 

  • Event with Servers - 45 days

  • All calls will be answered on Monday and Wednesday between 1pm - 4pm(CDT). 

  • A requested date will not be held without a deposit. 

    • Pick up orders - 50%, balance due at pickup.
    • Event Drop off - 50%, balance due 2 days before the event.
    • Event with Servers - 50 %, balance due 2 days before the event.
  • Taxes will be applied to all orders.
  • Changes will be allowed up to four weeks prior to event.
  • 20% fee will be applied on all RUSH ORDERS
  • Cancellations will forfeit the non refundable deposit
  • THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS
